HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Most of our products are made to order, so please allow for 7-14 business days for order processing and shipping, and an additional 3-10 days to arrive as we ship all orders through third-party providers and cannot guarantee their shipping timeframe. You will receive a tracking number for your order once processed. Orders placed over the weekend may not be processed until the next business day.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
Currently, we only provide shipping domestically within the United States. We also provide shipping to P.O. Boxes and military bases.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
No orders are available for pickup. On occasion, we may open Pop Up shops at various locations in Atlanta, GA or Cleveland, OH where products may be purchased in person. These locations will be shared via social media and email as scheduled.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive an email notification to track your order via the USPS website, which will be included in your shipping confirmation email.
MISSING OR LOST PACKAGES
We do not issue refunds if an order did not arrive due to an incorrect shipping address provided to us. Please ensure the shipping and contact information you provide is accurate. If your package was marked as delivered and you have not received it, contact your local USPS carrier to report the issue. If you need any additional assistance, email email@example.com and we will work to help you reconcile the issue.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PAYMENT DECLINES?
While you may see a declined transaction as pending or processing on your end, we do not receive funds for declined payments. Please allow a few days for these transactions to clear before funds become available again.

Unfortunately, our system does not allow us to apply discounts after your purchase has been completed. All codes must be entered prior to checkout. Only one discount may be applied per purchase.

Sorry we missed you! To maintain the uniqueness of our brand, many of our products are released in limited quantities. Be sure to follow us on social and subscribe to emails to know when a new release is coming.
We cannot guarantee exact color matches of products purchased compared to how they may appear on your screen due to variations in monitor settings, tone, resolution, color, tone, or other settings across devices.
Our products are sourced using various manufacturers, brands, and styles. While colors may be named similarly, they are not guaranteed to be exact matches to other brands, manufacturers, styles, or previous products purchased from Phli Artistry Clothing Co.
Most of Phli Artistry's products are unisex and fit true to size. You may find our sizing chart in the website's footer, and on some occasions, on the product description page.

Created in Cleveland, Ohio in 2013 and currently operating out of Atlanta, Georgia. The owner, Ashley, is a licensed clinical mental health therapist with a background in freelance graphic design. Phli Artistry was inspired by the 90's sports and pop culture aesthetic with designs that promote positivity, healthy self-esteem, and increase awareness of issues surrounding mental health and wellness.
